World Golf Village Renaissance St. Augustine Resort, St. Augustine

I had a three-night stay at the Renaissance Hotel at World Golf Village, and while it was pleasant, the hotel definitely feels dated and needs some updates. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but the cleanliness and state of some facilities were lacking, which impacted my experience. The breakfast selection was cold, but we discovered a fantastic place nearby called Caddy Shack for great food and service.

My overnight stay was mostly pleasant, with a quick check-in and a clean room, but the breakfast buffet left much to be desired. While the room was standard and fine for a night's rest, the shower pressure was disappointing, and the buffet quality could be improved. Overall, I would stay again but skip the breakfast next time.

On the flip side, I found the room quality and dining options to be underwhelming and overpriced, which was disappointing for a resort spa. Overall, while the service was exceptional, there were significant drawbacks that need addressing.
